for registration. Please be sure to stop by
and pick up your packet
which will include your name tag, agenda, and all the info you will need
for the weekend. There will be refreshments and friends waiting.

Friday morning we will depart the hotel via bus at
0930 for a tour to the United States Naval
Academy in Annapolis. This
tour is designed for those who participated in U.S. military
operations.
Focuses on Naval Academy’s role in supplying officers and midshipmen in
various conflicts. Features include Chapel and crypt of John Paul
Jones. This is part-walking,
part-audio visual
presentation totaling 2.5
hours. It will also include a stop at the gift shop.
$30.00 including bus transportation.
Since last year’s dinner cruise was a success, we have one planned for
Friday evening in
Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The
bus will leave the hotel about 1800 for the brief ride into
Baltimore so
we can board our boat by 1900. The buffet
menu includes salad, soup,
crab,
beef, fish, chicken, corn on the cob, pasta, rolls and butter,
dessert, beer, wine,
soft drinks,
juices, tea, coffee. $65.00 including bus transportation. Cash bar will be
available.

Saturday,

We have a limited number of tickets to the NAVY vs. Air Force football
game so it will be
first come,
first serve. These tickets will include bus
transportation to and from the game
leaving the hotel around noon, returning around 1800. $50.00
For the people who do not wish
to attend the game, there are several tours available in
the area. Check out
www.baltimore.org or
www.washington.org for the details. You can
make the reservations yourself or wait till you arrive at the hotel and
see who else is doing
what. Let us know if we can help.
A Saturday buffet dinner, 1900-2200, will be at the hotel
featuring the Camden Yard menu of
green salad,
fruit salad, soup, Prime Rib, Breast of Chicken, vegetables, potatoes,
rolls and
butter, assorted
desserts, tea, and coffee. Cash bar will be available. After
dinner there will
be a short program
including a speaker or two and an auction / giveaway. $55.00
